The Delegation

The Delegation of UUMUN consists of 17 delegates. Just as the other delegates, the board also trains their skills in speeching, lobbying and strategie during the year. Five delegates form the Board and the other twelve delegates are placed in one of the three teams: Team Corporate Relations, Team Public Affairs or Team Content.

I’m a third-year student at UCU, majoring in Politics, History, and Literature, and excited to be one of the faculty advisors of delegation 21! Being new to MUN, I had a great time last year getting introduced to the strategic side of public speaking and debating, which motivated me to become a Faculty Advisor and help guide new delegates through the same process!

 

 

 

 

I’m Jaya Welters, a third-year UCU student studying Law and Politics with a minor in History. Despite not being new to MUN (and having completed my first conference at 13!), UUMUN ended up becoming one of the most meaningful parts of my time in Utrecht. That being said, I’m thrilled to leave my competing days behind and return this year as Faculty Advisor for Delegation 21. Mostly, I’m looking forward to supporting the wonderful team and seeing everything they take on in the year ahead!
